This is an example of our typical large high-end tenant improvement based on just a standard space plan and basis matrix provided by an architect & leasing agent.

Once they received interest in the space offered, they came to us for a comprehensive budget and basis of design to allow them to complete a long term lease deal.

We produced this in 3 days’ time, from start to finish.
