This is an example of a typical capital & tenant improvement project based on just a standard on minimal drawings and details provided by the LL & the architect

Once they received interest in the space offered, they came to us for a comprehensive budget and basis of design to allow them to complete a long-term lease deal.

We produced this in 4 days’ time, from start to finish.
